Villa Rosa

Purchased as a derelict Victorian villa previously used as a nursing home, with planning permission for two one-bedroom flats, six two-bedroom flats and a two-bedroom coach house. Originally on the market for £1 million, we acquired it for £900,000.

By re-arranging a poorly-planned layout and incorporating the roof-space, we were able to crate four two-bedroom apartments, two three-bedroom apartments, two three-bedroom townhouses and a three-bedroom coach house. This significantly increased the finished value.
